Driveline Service

Driveline service is critical to keeping your vehicle healthy. The driveline connects power from the engine and controlled by the transmission to the axle(s) and therefore the wheels. The driveline consists of the driveshaft, wheels, transfer case, differentials and axles. Driveline service works on all of these to ensure your vehicle is healthy and in good repair. Each component is important and serves a specific purpose. The draftshaft provides torque from the engine and transmission to the wheels. The transfer case takes power to both front and rear axles in 4 wheel and all wheel drive vehicles. Differentials allow right and left wheels to move at different speeds, such as when turning. And axles hold the wheels. Keeping all elements of your driveline in good shape is an imporant aspect of vehicle health.
